There are about 625 students enrolled at Fairfax Villa Elementary each school year.

Students living in the Fairfax subdivisions of Fairfax Center Landbay, Fairfax Villa, Kiehls Garden, Leehigh Village, and Random Hills may attend Fairfax Villa. Fairfax Villa is in the Woodson Pyramid that means if your child goes to Canterbury Woods they’ll go to Frost Middle School then Fairfax Villa High School.

One important thing to consider is the school’s hours of operation. Canterbury Wood’s hours are Monday through Friday are 9:15 to 4:00 for grades K – 6th. The part-time preschool programs offers both morning and afternoon options.

If you need to be at work by 8:30 that could present some challenges for you, especially if you’re commuting to the District or the Pentagon.

Fairfax Villa offers SACC which is a before and after-school program has with the Office for Children of Fairfax County. However, I have to warn you that SACC often times has a waiting list that’s months long. Check out the SACC website to see if there are spots currently available.

If you are unable to get your child signed up for SACC there are a number of private before and after care programs in the area that will drop off and pick up your child.[/su_icon_text]
