Lee High offers a variety of programs for academic advancements, career prep, and extracurricular interest. Lee High is one of eight schools in Fairfax County that offers an International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Program. This program encourages students across the world to become active, compassionate and lifelong learners who understand that other people, with their differences, can also be right.

The AP program at Lee is a challenging academic program designed to provide motivated high school students with college-level academic courses.

The Career and Technical Education program (CTE) allows students to learn the technical applications of different occupations while preparing for either higher education or entering the workforce.

There are numerous programs and activities available for students no matter their interest: Key Club, Debate Team, Red Cross, Club, NAACP, German Club, Junior and Senior Math Teams. Lee also has quite a few honor societies including National Honor Society, Math (Mu Alpha Theta), English, History, Japanese, Spanish, and French honor societies.  [/su_icon_text]
