Kingstowne Townhouse sales up 4.4% in November 2017

Kingstown townhouse inventory still at all-time lows in November. The lack of inventory is having a positive effect on home prices for home sellers. 4.4% increase in the average sales price means sellers are making $20,000 more this year versus 2016.

Kingstowne Townhouse sales increased 8.4% on a year over year basis. The year to date numbers show an increase of 4.8% Having close numbers for the number of units sold YTD, 2017 – 334 and 2016 – 333, the increase in townhouse home prices meant that sellers are making $20,000 MORE than last year.
